Charmed by the coastal gem

The hotel location is great with blue clear water. it is a piece of mind far from big cities. the staff kindness and helpfulness charmed me. Everyone was smiling. the room was very clean and well designed, i booked the junior suite with a balcony and sea view.

the air conditioning didnt work properly. it functioned more as a ventilator and cooling was not perfect. i found it hard to sleep and opening the window wasnt a good option because of outside noise.

the food was delicious and diverse. i tried new dishes everyday because there were so many options, even for picky eaters. ingredients seemed fresh and the tastes were rich mediterranean flavors.

i really enjoyed the variety of food offered at each meal. the cleanliness throughout the hotel was also noticeable. the staff always helped very quickly. the evening entertainment at the bar on the top deck with its amazing sunsets was also very nice.

i think the policy of charging for parking is not great, especially with limited alternatives nearby.

Meals included a good variety of food to satisfy different tastes. I never struggled to find something i liked. fresh food was provided at every meal, including some local dishes. the restaurant staff always helped with drink orders. They were very efficient.

Our room offered a balcony. the room had enough space. i liked the sea view and found the space to be sufficient. all the rooms seemed impeccably clean. I saw staff diligently maintain the rooms daily.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I found the reception team very efficient at check-in. The hotel is located close to the sea and provided easy access. The hotel had a station for charging electric cars, useful..

The water available was often in plastic bottles that were not refrigerated. This resulted in essentially warm water at all times. I thought this was not great from a sustainability perspective.
